EPS线条与GRC的比较主要三个不同点在于:材质、用途、特性这三方面,详细如下:

材质区别:

   GRC装饰构件主要以耐碱玻璃纤维为增强辅材,低碱度硫铝酸盐水泥为胶结材料,及黄沙或石英砂构成。

   EPS装饰构件是随外墙保温材料及GRC构件行业的退火炉发展延伸的一个新兴产品,主材以聚苯乙烯保温板为基础,应用电热丝切割设备对板材进行切割成各种线条。

   通过图片的比较。GRC和EPS二者的区别是很明显的,不管是在材料上还是用途上都有着较大的差异。

用途区分:

   GRC:GRC装饰制品(欧式构件包括罗马柱、窗套、门楣等)、GRC外墙板(类似于幕墙板)、GRC隔墙板(室内隔墙)、雕塑、园林园艺制品等。

   EPS:在建筑中一般作为保温隔热材料,也可作为轻质填充材料使用。

特性区分: 

   GRC:造型多样化、防火性能好、使用寿命长、强度高等特点。

   EPS:轻度高、成本低,生产周期快,抗冻保温等。

   GRC与EPS两者都为建筑行业中的装饰材料,两者各有所长,也各有不足,一般在划线高质量的工程中,会优先选择GRC材料,毕竟在装饰上GRC的效果更胜一筹,且特性优良,在价钱上GRC也会稍贵一些。

EPS: as a thermal insulation material in building, it can also be used as lightweight filler material.

Characteristic distinction:

GRC: diversified shapes, good fire resistance, long service life and high strength.

EPS: light high, low cost, fast production cycle, anti freeze and heat preservation.

Both GRC and EPS are the decoration materials in the construction industry. They have their own strengths and weaknesses. Generally, in the high quality engineering, the GRC materials will be preferred. After all, the effect of the GRC is better, and the characteristics are excellent, and the GRC will be a little more expensive in the price.
