目前我国建筑能耗已经占到全社会终端能耗的45%,预计在2020年,全国城乡房屋建筑面积还将新增约300亿m2,如果不采取有力的节能措施,明年建筑用能将耗电1.2万亿KW.H和耗煤4.1亿T,建筑节能刻不容缓。

建筑节能市场可分为新建建筑节能和既有建筑节能改造两大部分。据估测我国既有建筑面积480亿平米,至2020年将增到280亿平米,平均新增10-20亿平米。(节能中长期专项规化)规定,2010年起新建节能建筑执行节能50%为高耗能建筑,估计至少有三之一约130亿平米需要进行节能改造。比较而言,建筑节能市场将大规模启动。

住建部副部长此前表示,十二五期间,我国绿色建筑发展将从启蒙阶段发展到快速的发展阶段,并呈现从单体建筑群、社区城区发展的趋势。深圳、武汉、南昌、厦门等发改委和建设部门负责人也在会上表示,低碳试点将重点从建筑节能入手,分批实施。以上海市为例,未来5年,将启动2000多万平米既有建筑的节能改造,这些既有建筑在外墙翻新方面采用保温装饰一体化复合板技术无疑是非常有意义的。
